Cécile Piquard, Business Project Director et Anis Tounsi, GBS & Finance Projects Senior Manager en charge du projet FP&A, avaient pour objectif de permettre la construction d’un budget rapidement, à la fois précis, fiable et connecté aux autres systèmes. Ils ont choisi d’explorer des solutions innovantes, leurs permettant de travailler de façon plus uniforme.

Cependant l’aspect international du projet impliquait de conserver toute la réactivité et la flexibilité nécessaire dans l’outil de construction budgétaire.

BIC is a family-owned group with sales of 2 billion euros in the stationery, lighters and shavers markets.

Cécile Piquard, Business Project Director, and Anis Tounsi, GBS & Finance Projects Senior Manager, in charge of the FP&A project, were tasked with building a budget quickly, accurately and reliably, and connecting it to other systems. They chose to explore innovative solutions, enabling them to work more uniformly.

However, the international aspect of the project meant that the budget construction tool had to retain all the necessary responsiveness and flexibility.
